Activities Management

First, we will explore the activities section of the Hive Support. It will show you all the personal activities of your website’s support agents and customers. You can inspect each support agent’s tasks more accurately with more clarity.

  • Go to your WordPress Dashboard > Hive Support. From the right navigation bar choose the Activities menu.
  • As you can see it shows each of the roles such as Support Agents and Customers.
  • It also shows you the activities time of each agent and customer.
  • On the right side of the page, you can also see the activities methods such as (via web, email, and chat).
