In Hive Support, we provide a convenient feature for adding FAQ questions directly to the Chatbot. This ensures users receive quick and accurate responses to their most common questions, enhancing their overall support experience.

Setting Up FAQs in the Chatbot #

To add or manage FAQs for your Chatbot, follow these simple steps:

  • Navigate to the Hive Support Dashboard.
  • Select Chat Widget from the menu.
  • Go to Widget Settings.
  • In the FAQ section, add your questions and responses. These can include common inquiries such as pricing, account setup, troubleshooting, and more.

Here, you have the flexibility to add a wide range of pre-set questions for your Chatbot. This feature allows you to anticipate your users’ needs and provide them with instant answers to frequently asked questions. As shown in the interface, we’ve already added multiple questions to demonstrate how the setup works.

Once these questions and their corresponding answers are configured, they become part of the Chatbot’s active knowledge base. When users interact with the Hive Support Chatbot, it will reference this knowledge base to deliver instant and accurate responses.

After setting up, all the added questions will go live on your Hive Support Chatbot, enabling it to handle user queries effectively and providing a better support experience.

You can update or expand the list anytime to keep the responses relevant and up-to-date.

Whenever a user asks a question that matches or closely resembles one of the preset FAQs, the Chatbot will instantly provide the pre-configured response.

Thanks to the AI’s advanced capabilities, it can understand variations in phrasing, ensuring that users receive the correct information even if their questions are worded differently.
